Yesterday I was thinking about day-to-day life. How everyone is busy. People who work who go to offices students who go to schools. Women who work and women who work at home; Everyone is so busy.

But in this busy life, we develop some bad eating habits. 

Being mindful of your food choices allows you to ensure that you’re getting the essential nutrients your body needs to function properly. Your eating habits directly impact on your health and well-being.

Paying attention to what you are eating is really crucial for several reasons:

Nutrient Intake:

 Nutrient and proportion control are important aspects of life. Nutrition is an important aspect of our life that gives nourishment to our bodies.

Which includes Vitamins, Minerals, Proteins, Carbohydrates, Fats, Fibers and much more. Getting the Right nutrition in the right proportion is important for every person of every age.

Health and Well-being: 

According to WHO Health is a state of complete physical mental social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. If a person pursues a healthy lifestyle, health is an achievable objective. And the way we live is Well-being or Wellness. A healthy diet and Exercise are some of the factors that play a crucial role in staying healthy.

Some people do Long Sitting Work which has a bad impact on their health. People don’t have time to go outside because of their work. At times like this is it really important to know what you are eating. because eating unhealthy or not eating properly will cause problems.
