How does Gardening help in Relaxation?

Yesterday, I met my friend. She came back here after so many months. So, I decided to meet her and do something for relaxation. We talked a lot after the meeting. Then we started making a list of what we were going to do. We added paintings, doodling, dancing, exercise, and meditation. Then she suggested doing something new. Gardening. I said okay, then we went to the market. We bought pots. Then we thought, Why not paint those pots? That was exciting. After painting those pots, we filled them with a mixture of soil and manure, and then we planted some plants there. Some of them are medicinal plants, and some of them are veggies. After completing that work, we were so happy. We felt so peaceful, relieved, and relaxed. I thought, let’s write about this.
