Today I had the day off, so I got up a bit later than usual. After a quick breakfast then just sat around talking to my mom. We decided to tackle the house and start by cleaning out the fans, tables, newspapers, and other small stuff.
We noticed that there were a lot of things we weren’t even using, so we decided to pick them up and throw them away. We both found them and put them away separately.
Then we moved on to another room and finished cleaning the whole house. After looking at the clean house, I felt really energized and energized. I realized that having a clean house has a huge effect on my mental health.
